We love a good challenge, and this completely custom Asian-Jewish fusion menu was just that! We find that menus like these challenge us on a creative, culinary level that keeps our jobs interesting and fresh, time after time! Last year, our client came to us with an idea – create a completely out of the box menu that incorporates flavors of both of their backgrounds – She, Asian, and He, Jewish. What does that mean? For cocktail hour, we created Mini Pastrami Steam Bun Sandwiches, Lox Wonton Crisp with Lemon Dill Cream, housemade Ramen Soup with Matzo Ball Skewer, and finally, Stir Fried Vegetables and Rice, served in a mini takeout box!

Moving into dinner, our entrée this evening was a Latke Encrusted Chicken Breast duo, alongside a Boneless Braised Beef Short Rib with Miso Sesame Soy Jus, Sour Cream Smashed Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables picked at the peak of freshness.

Aside from custom cuisine, the wedding turned out flawlessly beautiful designed and planned by Mod Events, and photographed by Aaron and Jillian Photography – one of our very favorite photographers in Charleston! Guests danced the night away celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs.

We couldn’t be happier for W & B! Wishing you every bit of joy during this exciting new chapter of your lives together.
