Kasey and Van tied the knot on Sunday, May 8th at Harborside East in Mt. Pleasant! It was a beautiful sight with the Ravenel bridge in the background as Mr. & Mrs. Collins said their “I do’s”. Guests certainly got one of the best views in Charleston when the sun began to set turning the afternoon into an even more beautiful night!

Following their ceremony was cocktail hour on the Terrace with dinner stations opening shortly after. What was on the menu you ask? Check out their delicious menu items below:

Mini Crab Cakes | With a Lemon Dill Aioli

Mushroom Duxelle and Gruyere Phyllo Cup Tartlets

Caprese Skewer | Fresh Tomatoes, Basil and Mozzarella with a Balsamic Drizzle

Dinner Stations

Grilled Beef Tenderloin | With a Cabernet Demi-Glace, Fresh Baked Rolls and Herb Butter

Green Beans Sautéed with Bacon and Onion

Chef Attended Pasta Station | Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce, Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and Toppings to Include: Assorted Vegetables, Local Shrimp, Chicken, Italian Sausage and Assorted Cheeses

Shrimp and Grits | Local Shrimp Simmered in a White Wine and Butter Sauce with Bell Pepper, Onion, Bacon, Garlic, and Celery, Served on top of Parmesan Grits

The Pasta station and the Shrimp and Grits station were definitely crowd pleasers! After dinner service the band got everyone out of their seats dancing the night away. You could tell no one wanted to leave when the bad wrapped up their final song.
