It was a gorgeous, colorful evening along the water at Alhambra Hall in Mount Pleasant’s Old Village. Our sweet couple was inspired by colors of the sunset, bringing raspberry and periwinkle colors into their reception. Not only did they want to create an eye catching reception space, but their completely custom menu pleased everyone’s palates as well!
Guests were greeted into the reception with Yakisoba with Korean Beef, Panko Encrusted Eggplant with Tomato Chutney, and our Baja Shrimp Tacos. Flavors from around the world were brought into Charleston, and guests couldn’t get enough!
Bouquets and Bowties did an incredible job coordinating, as usual, and brought in special touches to the reception including Pokemon themed macaroons by Sweet Rhi and freshly spun cotton candy by Pure Fluff – did I mention how unique this party was?
As dinner stations opened, guests were excited by the completely custom menu. Tapas stations included a Pear and Gorgonzola Ravioli, Baharat Marinated Lamb Skewers with Basmati Rice and Tzatziki, and finally, a Crab Cake and Falafel duo with Spiralized Vegetables and guest choice of assorted sauces.
We absolutely loved being part of this day! Congratulations to our newest Mr. and Mrs.!
