What a beautiful day to be at Alhambra Hall for another exciting B. Gourmet wedding! We couldn’t be happier for our newlyweds Jacqueline and Aaron who put on a party to remember for their family and friends. We had a little bit of help from the wonderful planning of Jessica Cruz, owner of Cruz Coordination. She knows exactly how to make a wedding seem effortless while getting each tiny detail down!
We just had to start things out by having our Sweet Sipping Station with our favorites, Lemonade, Sweet Tea and Citrus Water for guests to enjoy. This went along perfectly with their customized Lowcountry Garden Bistro Display! To change it up we had Fresh Vegetables and Seasonal Fruits, Domestic Cheeses, Caprese Bruschetta with Crostini, Crackers and Assorted Fresh Baked Breads. If you’re ever looking for those personalized touches, just ask! We love doing them and changing things up to make your day as unique as you are!
Guests quickly came inside from the heat to welcome the bridal party and new Mr. and Mrs. Afterwards, once everyone was welcomed to sit, we served our B. Gourmet Salad Topped with Fresh Strawberries, Goat Cheese Crumbles over Local Greens with a rich Balsamic Vinaigrette. This is our most picked salad on our menu and a great happy medium choice for any picky eaters in the crowd. Once our staff cleared guest’s empty plates, stations were open. We served up our Garlic, Herb, and Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak with Horseradish and Dijon Cream. We also had our fluffy Smashed Potatoes, Sautéed Green Beans and a Shrimp and Grits Station that had a line with no end!
Sugar Magnolia did an amazing job with the design of their wedding cake! The Splashes of Gold and Navy made it the center of attention…besides the bride of course! They also ordered a bunch of macaroons and mini desserts that made the dessert table pop.
Later, everyone was full, happy, and ready to dance! Nick, from Lowcountry Entertainment got everyone on the dance floor and it was hard to get them to come off! We love working with these amazing vendors that make the job fun!
Congrats to the New Mr. and Mrs. Zankel! We hope you both live a lifetime of happiness.
