We headed to The Conservatory to celebrate E + K’s big day with Cruz Coordination and what a day it was! Our bride and groom had their ceremony in the gorgeous meadow by the Red Bridge with the back drop of the river and gardens. We love this little spot between the Veranda and the Carriage House..  When hosting a small, intimate wedding, you can’t go wrong with this venue.

The Newlyweds put together a pretty amazing menu for their guests, too! At 7 o’clock we passed around our cheesy Mac & Cheese Cupcakes sprinkled with Aged Gouda and Crispy Prosciutto, Fried Chicken Topped Mini Waffle Bites with a Maple Dijon Drizzle (everyone can’t seem to get enough of these!), and our Mini Baja Shrimp Taco with Red Cabbage Slaw and Baja Sauce. Great choices if you want to give your family and friends some options! We didn’t stop there for cocktail hour…E + K just couldn’t do without our Antipasti Display that has a bunch of goodies like our Assorted Italian Meats, Cheeses, Marinated Vegetables and Italian Breads!

Once guests were seated, we began our dinner service with a Served Field Fresh Salad topped with Fresh Cucumbers, Tomatoes, House-Made Croutons and a Dijon Vinaigrette over Local Greens to the tune of Be Our Guest from Beauty in the Beast. Our B. Gourmet staff swiftly cleared these plates and we invited guests up to enjoy our Pan Seared Chicken Breast with a Lemon Thyme Pan Sauce served with Smashed Potatoes and across the room we were serving up our Herb Roast Beef with Thyme Au Jus and Green Beans Sautéed with Bacon and Onion. Finally, we served another fall favorite, our Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Porcini Cream. Perfect for the cooler temps outside!
