B. Gourmet was back in action at the lovely Magnolia Carriage House for our beautiful bride and dashing groom this weekend! Working alongside one of our favorites, Jessica, from Cruz Coordination and the speedy workers of EventWorks Rentals, made the day such a breeze. We always feel right at home working at this timeless venue.

As their ceremony ended and their cocktail hour began, our servers were excited to pass our blissful Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Creamy Herbed Goat Cheese and Cheddar and Herb Biscuits with Pimento Cheese, Prosciutto and Pickled Green Tomato Relish. Of course, we had help from the fabulous Mix Bar Service who quickly served them up some light summer cocktails and drinks! Just the right touch, keeping everyone cheery while they snacked on our Fresh Lowcountry Bistro Display.

So, lets taco-bout their amazing food stations…starting with their taco station! Blackened Mahi Mahi or Shredded Spicy Chicken Flour Tacos with some pretty amazing toppings like our Queso Fresca, Baja Sauce, Red Cabbage, Black Bean and Fresh Corn Salsa! Our Newlyweds also chose our Shrimp and Grits station, which is always a must have for southern flare lovers! Who could deny our White Wine and Butter Sauce with Parmesan Grits! To top it all off, we also served up our Garlic, Herb, Marinated Flank Steak with Fresh Slider Rolls and Oven Roasted Asparagus! Such a fun variety of foods for their family and friends to enjoy!

Right after dinner service, their guests danced away as we passed some of our tasty late night snack options. Wouldn’t you love our Fried Pimento Mac & Cheese Bite with Spicy Aioli!? One of our favorites, yum! Along with that, we also had our faithful Fried Chicken Topped Mini Waffle Bite with A Maple Dijon Drizzle. Their guests, without a doubt, left happy and full that night.
