It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating Meaghan and Ryan’s big day out at Magnolia Plantation’s Carriage House. Their Rustic Charm theme was perfect for the time of year and guests loved the menu and warm touches like their s’mores station by the fireplace!


During cocktail hour, we butlered our Carolina Pulled Pork Wontons with Creamy Coleslaw and Spicy Pickle Relish, our Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Cheese and Crumbled Bacon, and our crowd pleasing Fried Chicken Topped Mini Waffle Bite! These hors d’oeuvres will get anyone out of their seat and looking for seconds!


Afterwards, we passed our Traditional Caesar Salad to guests and then they helped their selves to our tapas stations. Our Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Tapas has to be one of our favorites! We serve it up with a drizzle of Lemon Dill Aioli and Roasted Asparagus. It’s light and delicious! To balance their menu out, we also had our Uptown Meat and Taters Tapas with Petite Filet Mignon, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and rich Demi-Glace. Our bride and groom loved these stations but for the children invited we were happy to have our house-made chicken strips and French fries with honey mustard and ketchup! We always make sure that on your big day everyone is accommodated and happy.



What better way to end the night then with a dazzling sparkler send off! Guests got to take home a crafty mason jar favor, too. We love seeing fun, different favors that our bride and grooms come up with and this one is at the top of our list! Congrats to Meaghan and Ryan, we hope you both are doing amazing!
